Research Summary

My 1st postdoctoral research at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York with Dr. B. Hilda Ye focused on studying the role of BCL6 in lymphoma. From December 2002 I joined in Dr. Richard G. Pestell’s lab first as a Postdoc and then as a Research Assistant Professor my researches focused on the role of cyclin D1 in cellular migration, DNA damage, and DNA methylation, and the role of Dach1 in breast and prostate tumorigenesis. From October 2018 I am an Associate Professor at the Baruch S. Blumberg Institute in Pennsylvania. My researches focus on the role of Dach1 in prostate tumorigenesis.

Current Research Projects

1. The significance of DACH1 in PARP1 regulation in prostate cancer.

2.The role of DACH1 isoforms in prostate cancer.
